Catherine Seitz Nichols was born in Los Angeles, left her heart in San Francisco, and has called Seattle home for the past thirteen years. Her favorite word is “stet,” and her favorite scent is roaring campfire.

Her poetry has previously been published in Illuminations, Radical Dislocations, The Lake, Floating Bridge Review, and Grief Diaries.
